
Dear Parents/Guardians,
I hope you had an amazing Thanksgiving Break. It can be tough to get back into the school routine after some time off, but by 9 am on Monday morning the school was bustling and it was as if we had never left! As a reminder, we have three weeks of school and then our Winter Break begins on December 23rd and we come back to school on Tuesday, January 7th.

5th Grade Concert is coming right up! Mark your calendars!
When: Monday, December 9th at 6:00 pm. Have students arrive at 5:45.
Who: All 5th grade students
What: 5th Grade Music Concert
Where: Erie Elementary gymnasium
What to wear: White tops, black pants/skirts & shoes (or as close as you can get!)
*No need to go shopping or get too fancy. We are just trying to look more like an ensemble. Please direct all questions to schultz_anna@svvsd.org


Get your spirit gear!

Please remember we do not allow animals on school property during school hours. If you bring a pet with you when picking up or dropping off your child it must remain on the public sidewalk or in your vehicle. Thank you for keeping our kids and each other safe and comfortable at school.

Comics, Cartoons and Characters
Instructor: Todd Sayers, 1st Grade Teacher and lover of all things Disney
Days: Thursday and Friday afternoons, 11/7, 11/8, 11/14, 11/15, 11/21, 11/22, 12/5, 12/6, 12/12, 12/13 (10 classes)
Time: 3:45-4:45 PM
Where: Meet at the library, they will be walked to Mr. Sayers classroom at 4:45
Grades: 2nd – 5th only# of students: Min. 12/Max. 17
Cost: $125

Volunteer Opportunities
If you would like to volunteer in at school there are so many ways to do so. You can reach our to your child’s teacher to see what they may need. Our wonderful PTCO also is a great way to find out about how to volunteer. If you are planning to volunteer, we need you to fill out this form and turn it in to the front office.
