Erie Elementary School’s Weekly Newsletter

Dear Parents/Guardians,

As we get closer to Spring Break, please take a moment to look at the Spring Break Reading Challenge information further down in this newsletter. Over Winter Break, we were the 3rd place school in the district for the reading challenge and were awarded 800.00 for our library! I sure would love to see us get first place!

I also want to make you aware that we are finally back up and running with a new office team. I mentioned before that we have Audra Munoz back as our Campus Supervisor and we have moved Cindy Barstow into the Principal’s Secretary position. We also still have Rachal Kozlowitz as our Health Clerk. Our newest addition that completed our team is Raquel Freedman who we hired as our Attendance Clerk. She comes to us with a lot of office experience at a school in Idaho and is also a part of our Erie community.

All that being said, please be patient as some of our newer staff is familiarizing themselves with students and families. You may get more questions asked of you when you are picking up or dropping off. Safety is always our first priority and we just want to make sure we know who are kids are going with!

As always, I so appreciate your support and partnership. Please reach out with any questions, concerns or feedback. Have a wonderful weekend!
