Dear Parents/Guardians,
I hope you are as excited as I am to finally have some actual fall weather! We know that kids are super excited for the Halloween holiday. Plan on students wearing costumes to school on the 31st if they choose to do so and staying in them for the day – no changing in and out. Costumes must abide by the district dress code and may not include masks, heavy makeup, weapons of any kind, frightening and/or gory themes or inflatables. This year, in lieu of a school parade, we are encouraging families to celebrate with us at the Erie Elementary Fall Fest. You can read more information about this event in the message from the PTCO. In addition, each class will have their own special way to celebrate. Your teachers will be reaching out soon about their specific class plans to make it a fun day of learning for their students. You can read more information about this event in the message from the PTCO. We hope to see you there!
