I grew up in the beautiful mountains of Boulder, Colorado, and earned my B.A. in Sociology from the University of Colorado. I worked my way through college teaching multiple forms of dance—a passion that stayed with me for 17 years as a part-time instructor. Before joining Erie Elementary, I had the opportunity to work as a youth counselor, choreographer, substitute teacher, and behavior coach, each experience deepening my love for working with young people.

Since 2008, I’ve had the joy of teaching at Erie Elementary. Every year I look forward to connecting with the unique and wonderful students who fill my classroom community.

When I’m not at school, you might find me at the yoga studio, golfing, riding my bike, reading a good book, traveling, or playing sand volleyball. Erie is such an incredible community, and I feel so fortunate to both live and work in this special town.
