La filosofía de St. Vrain es que los alumnos con discapacidad deben recibir educación junto a sus compañeros en la escuela de su barrio, a menos que sus necesidades se atiendan mejor en un entorno educativo más especializado. St. Vrain ofrece una gama de servicios prestados por el personal de educación especial, que van desde el asesoramiento a los profesores de educación general hasta diversos niveles de atención directa a los alumnos con discapacidad, en función de sus necesidades. Estos servicios de apoyo se prestan a través del personal de educación especial de cada centro y de los proveedores de servicios relacionados que visitan los centros (por ejemplo, logopedas, terapeutas ocupacionales, etc.).
